A bit basic, but typical of hotels in the south of Crete

They put is on the third floor in a dingy room with no shower head attached to the shower hose and a T.V. that did not work. They soon relocated us to a superior 1st floor room when we complained.

See above - it seems that they try to palm you off with a poor room before offering decent rooms to guests

The guest room is equipped with an air conditioner, balcony, and kettle. the bed is cozy and the bathroom is nice. - the location is stunning and breathtaking, with easy access to the ferry, sea, Loutro town, and a friendly restaurant offering good and copious food. - Situated on a hillside.

The hotel is clean, with excellent personal, and offers particularly good location close enough to Chania before trek down Samaria gorge, the property's restaurant, and Madares, which has a restaurant as well.

The room was a nice size and well priced here with a view. The location seemed stunning and incredible right on waterfront...

The staff were really friendly and helpful. the hotel was in a marvelous and stunning location, right on the waterfront. - I enjoyed the nearby Oasis, they make nice coffee. - Nothing was too much trouble, the venue met the demands.

Located in a stunning bay with an amazing view from the terrace, this hotel offers a perfect spot for a relaxing Christmas getaway. the large terrace provided a great space to soak up the sun and take in the breathtaking scenery. the air conditioning was fantastic and ensured a comfortable stay even during the warmer days.

Despite the beautiful location and comfortable amenities, there were a few drawbacks to be aware of. the lack of a lift made it a bit difficult to reach the room, especially with kids and luggage in tow.

The shared balcony was enormous and offered a stunning view of the surroundings. the location of the hotel was excellent, providing easy access to the attractions and amenities of the area. the wet room shower was well-designed, surpassing other options in Crete. the rooms were clean, functional, and equipped with working air-conditioning. the Terrace offered a fantastic view and the breakfast, included in the price, was satisfactory. I would have no problem returning to this hotel as a solo traveler.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, overlooking a gorgeous turquoise sea. The hotel's location on the main street made it convenient to access restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Transportation to nearby bays with spectacular views was easily accessible.
